عورت کا سربراہِ حکومت بننا
حضرت ابوبکر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ جب رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو خبر پہنچی کہ اہل فارس نے کسریٰ شاہ فارس کی بیٹی کو اپنا بادشاہ اور فرمانروا بنالیا ہے تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”وہ قوم فلاح یاب نہیں ہوگی جس نے ایک عورت ذات کو اپنا حکمران اور فرمانروا بنایا ہے“۔ (بخاری)
اللہ تعالیٰ نے مرد اور عورت کی فطرت اور خصلت میں جو کھلا فرق رکھا ہے وہ اس بات کی روشن دلیل ہے کہ عورت کی تخلیق ملک و قوم کے مسائل جیسے کاموں کے لیے نہیں ہوئی ہے، جہاں کہیں بھی اس کے خلاف عمل ہوتا ہے تو وہ یقیناً قانون فطرت کے خلاف ہے۔
اللہ تعالیٰ خود قرآن پاک میں اس طرح ارشاد فرماتے ہیں:
”مرد عورتوں پر حاکم (اور افضل) ہیں اس لیے ہیں کہ اللہ نے ایک کو دوسرے پر بڑائی دے رکھی ہے“۔ (النساء ۔ ۳۴)
مختصر یہ ہے کہ مردوں کو عورتوں پر اللہ تعالیٰ نے حاکم اور نگہران عالم بنایا ہے، کیونکہ اللہ تعالیٰ نے دنیا میں بعضوں پر بعضوں کو فضیلت اور بڑائی عطا فرمائی ہے، اور ایسی ہی فضیلت مردوں کو عورتوں پر بھی ہے، اس لیے سربراہی اور کارفرمائی کا مقام قدرتی طور پر مردوں ہی کے لیے ہے۔
اللہ تعالیٰ خود قرآن پاک میں اس طرح ارشاد فرماتے ہیں:

مختصر یہ ہے کہ مردوں کو عورتوں پر اللہ تعالیٰ نے حاکم اور نگہران عالم بنایا ہے، کیونکہ اللہ تعالیٰ نے دنیا میں بعضوں پر بعضوں کو فضیلت اور بڑائی عطا فرمائی ہے، اور ایسی ہی فضیلت مردوں کو عورتوں پر بھی ہے، اس لیے سربراہی اور کارفرمائی کا مقام قدرتی طور پر مردوں ہی کے لیے ہے۔
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) that when the news reached the Messenger of Allah ﷺ that the people of Persia had made the daughter of Chosroes (Kisra), the king of Persia, their monarch and ruler, he ﷺ said: "That nation will never prosper which has made a woman its ruler and sovereign."

The clear difference that Allah has placed in the nature and disposition of man and woman is a shining proof that woman was not created for tasks such as the affairs of state and nation; and wherever this is acted against, it is surely contrary to the law of nature (fitrah).
Allah Himself says in the Holy Qur'an: "Men are the maintainers (and superior in rank) over women, because Allah has given some of them precedence over others." (An-Nisa — 34)
In short, Allah has made men rulers and guardians over women, because Allah has granted some precedence and superiority over others in this world, and such precedence men have over women too; therefore leadership and management are, by their very nature, meant for men.
