مسلمان بھائی کی حمایت
حضرت جابر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا کہ: ''جو مسلمان شخص کسی مسلمان شخص کی اس موقع پر مدد نہ کرے جہاں اس کی بے حرمتی کی جاتی ہو اور اس کی آبرو کو نقصان پہنچایا جاتا ہو تو اللہ اس کی اس موقع پر مدد نہیں فرماتا جہاں وہ اس کی مدد کا خواہاں ہوتا ہے، اور جو مسلمان شخص کسی مسلمان شخص کی اس موقع پر مدد کرے جہاں اس کی بے حرمتی کی جاتی ہو اور اس کی آبرو کو نقصان پہنچایا جاتا ہو تو اللہ تعالیٰ اس کی اس موقع پر مدد فرمائے گا جہاں وہ چاہتا ہے کہ اسے اس کی مدد حاصل ہو''۔ (ابو داؤد)
اس حدیث مبارکہ سے واضح طور پر معلوم ہوتا ہے کہ انسان کے ہر عمل کا صلہ اسے مل کر رہتا ہے، خواہ وہ معاملہ دنیا میں پیش آ جائے، نہیں تو پھر آخرت میں تو اس کی پکڑ ضرور ہے، جیسا انسان کا اخلاق ہوگا اللہ تعالیٰ اسی لحاظ سے اس کے ساتھ معاملہ فرمائے گا، اگر کوئی شخص اپنے مسلمان بھائی کی اس کے مشکل حالات میں جب کہ اسے اپنے مسلمان بھائیوں سے اس کو توقع اور ضرورت ہوتی ہے مدد نہیں کرتا حالانکہ معاملہ مسلمان بھائی کی عزت و آبرو کا ہے، اس کے دین کا ہے، تو حقیقت میں وہ خود کو اللہ تعالیٰ کی مدد سے محروم کر رہا ہے، اللہ تعالیٰ بھی اس وقت اس کی مدد سے اپنا ہاتھ کھینچ لے گا جبکہ اسے مدد کی اشد ضرورت پیش آ رہی ہوگی۔
حقیقت یہ ہے کہ ہر مسلمان شخص اللہ تعالیٰ کی امان میں ہوتا ہے، اس لیے اس کی جان، اس کے مال اور اس کی آبرو کی محافظت کرنی ہر ایک مسلمان کی ذمہ داری قرار پاتی ہے، اس ذمہ داری سے بے اعتنائی سنگین جرم ہے، اس جرم کی سزا سے اسے کوئی بھی نہ بچا سکے گا، اس کے برعکس جب کوئی شخص اپنے مسلمان بھائی کی اس وقت مدد کرتا ہے جب کہ اس کی نگاہیں اپنے مسلمان بھائی پر لگی ہوتی ہیں تو جو شخص دنیا میں اپنے بھائی کو بے آبرو ہونے سے بچاتا ہے اور اس کے لیے پوری کوشش صرف کرتا ہے تو اللہ تعالیٰ بھی ایسے نیک اور شریف النفس مسلمان کو آخرت کی رسوائی اور عذاب سے محفوظ رکھے گا، لوگوں کی آبرو بخشنے والا کبھی بے آبرو اور ذلیل نہیں ہو سکتا، اور یہ بھی حقیقت ہے کہ جو شخص دوسروں کی آبرو ریزی کے درپے ہوتا ہے وہ بالآخر خود ذلیل و رسوا ہو کر رہتا ہے، اللہ تعالیٰ تو اپنے مومن بندوں کی مدد کی ذمہ داری خود لے لیتا ہے:
''ہم پر مومنوں کی مدد کرنا لازم ہے'' (الروم ۔ 47)
یعنی اگر مومن بندے اللہ تعالیٰ کے دین کی نصرت اور اس کی سربلندی کے لیے کوشاں رہتے ہیں تو ایسے اہلِ ایمان کی نصرت و تائید کو اللہ تعالیٰ نے اپنے ذمہ لے لیا ہے، کیوں کہ اللہ تعالیٰ کی مدد بالآخر مومنوں ہی کو حاصل ہوگی، اللہ تعالیٰ ہم سب مسلمانوں کو اپنی اپنی حیثیت کے مطابق اپنے مشکل اور آزمائش میں گھرے ہوئے مسلمان بھائیوں کی مدد کی توفیق عطا فرمائے (آمین)۔
حقیقت یہ ہے کہ ہر مسلمان شخص اللہ تعالیٰ کی امان میں ہوتا ہے، اس لیے اس کی جان، اس کے مال اور اس کی آبرو کی محافظت کرنی ہر ایک مسلمان کی ذمہ داری قرار پاتی ہے، اس ذمہ داری سے بے اعتنائی سنگین جرم ہے، اس جرم کی سزا سے اسے کوئی بھی نہ بچا سکے گا، اس کے برعکس جب کوئی شخص اپنے مسلمان بھائی کی اس وقت مدد کرتا ہے جب کہ اس کی نگاہیں اپنے مسلمان بھائی پر لگی ہوتی ہیں تو جو شخص دنیا میں اپنے بھائی کو بے آبرو ہونے سے بچاتا ہے اور اس کے لیے پوری کوشش صرف کرتا ہے تو اللہ تعالیٰ بھی ایسے نیک اور شریف النفس مسلمان کو آخرت کی رسوائی اور عذاب سے محفوظ رکھے گا، لوگوں کی آبرو بخشنے والا کبھی بے آبرو اور ذلیل نہیں ہو سکتا، اور یہ بھی حقیقت ہے کہ جو شخص دوسروں کی آبرو ریزی کے درپے ہوتا ہے وہ بالآخر خود ذلیل و رسوا ہو کر رہتا ہے، اللہ تعالیٰ تو اپنے مومن بندوں کی مدد کی ذمہ داری خود لے لیتا ہے:
''ہم پر مومنوں کی مدد کرنا لازم ہے'' (الروم ۔ 47)
یعنی اگر مومن بندے اللہ تعالیٰ کے دین کی نصرت اور اس کی سربلندی کے لیے کوشاں رہتے ہیں تو ایسے اہلِ ایمان کی نصرت و تائید کو اللہ تعالیٰ نے اپنے ذمہ لے لیا ہے، کیوں کہ اللہ تعالیٰ کی مدد بالآخر مومنوں ہی کو حاصل ہوگی، اللہ تعالیٰ ہم سب مسلمانوں کو اپنی اپنی حیثیت کے مطابق اپنے مشکل اور آزمائش میں گھرے ہوئے مسلمان بھائیوں کی مدد کی توفیق عطا فرمائے (آمین)۔
English translation
Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) relates that the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم said: "No Muslim fails to help another Muslim at a place where his sanctity is being violated and his honour is being harmed, but that Allah will withhold His help from him at a place where he longs for it; and no Muslim helps another Muslim at a place where his sanctity is being violated and his honour is being harmed, but that Allah, the Exalted, will help him at a place where he wishes to have His help." (Abu Dawud)
This blessed hadith makes it plain that a person is repaid for his every deed — whether that repayment comes in this world, or, if not, then he is surely called to account for it in the Hereafter. As a person's character is, so will Allah, the Exalted, deal with him accordingly. If a person does not help his Muslim brother in his difficult circumstances — at the very time when that brother hopes for, and stands in need of, the help of his Muslim brethren — even though the matter concerns his brother's honour and dignity and his faith, then in reality he is depriving himself of the help of Allah, the Exalted, who will likewise withdraw His hand of help from him at the very time when he is in dire need of it.
The reality is that every Muslim is under the protection of Allah, the Exalted, and so safeguarding his life, his wealth and his honour is the responsibility of every Muslim; to be indifferent to this responsibility is a grave sin, and no one will be able to save such a person from its punishment. Conversely, when a person helps his Muslim brother at the very time his gaze is fixed upon him in need — when he saves his brother in this world from being dishonoured and expends his full effort for him — then Allah, the Exalted, will likewise protect such a righteous, noble-souled Muslim from disgrace and punishment in the Hereafter. One who preserves the honour of others can never himself be dishonoured or humiliated; and it is also a fact that one who sets out to violate the honour of others is himself, in the end, humiliated and disgraced. Allah, the Exalted, Himself takes upon Himself the responsibility of helping His believing servants:
"It was ever binding upon Us to help the believers" (Ar-Rum 47).
That is, if the believing servants strive for the victory of Allah's religion and for its ascendancy, then Allah, the Exalted, has taken it upon Himself to help and support such people of faith, for the help of Allah, the Exalted, will in the end be granted to the believers alone. May Allah, the Exalted, grant us all — each according to his means — the ability to help our Muslim brothers who are beset by hardship and trial. Amin.
